Because boston bby. produces small-batch apparel and each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email contact@bostonbby.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

This policy helps us keep production intentional, reduce waste, and continue creating small-batch pieces with care.
