At boston bby. each item is made to order in partnership with our production and fulfillment providers. This allows us to reduce waste and create intentional, small-batch pieces.
To get your pieces to you as quickly as possible, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Processing Times
All apparel is made to order.
Production typically takes 3-7 business days before your order ships.
Production times may be longer during holidays, seasonal peaks, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Times
Once your order is fulfilled, shipping times are estimated as follows:
United States: 5-8 business days
These estimates come directly from our fulfillment partners and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
boston bby. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.
boston bby. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@bostonbby.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to replace the item.
